01 — Exchange Policy

Damaged or Incorrect Item

At Blue, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality and style. If you receive an incorrect or damaged article, we're here to make it right.

Condition Action Required Our Commitment
Defective or Incorrect Item Notify BLUE within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the defect. We arrange and cover the cost of free pickup. Once verified, we dispatch the correct article free of charge.
Delivery Time Please allow 3–5 days for the replaced article.
02 — Exchange Policy

Sizing Issues

If you require a different size, the exchange process is subject to availability and costs borne by the customer.

1. Availability Notify BLUE within 3 days of delivery to check size availability. We confirm availability of the required size.
2. Return Shipping Send the original article back to our facility at your own expense.
3. Verification We verify the item is unused, unwashed, with all original tags intact.
4. Re-Delivery Pay a re-delivery charge of Rs 500. Replacement dispatched once payment is confirmed.
Delivery Time Please allow 3–5 days after verification and payment.
03 — Exchange Policy

General Conditions

All exchanges are subject to the following conditions without exception.

Condition of Item: All returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition — unused, unwashed, free of odors, stains, and pet hair, with all original tags attached. Items returned in any other condition will be shipped back at the customer's expense.

Change of Mind: Strictly no exchanges are accepted for change of mind.

Exchange Window: All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
