Important Notice
BLUE maintains a Strict Exchange-Only Policy. We do not offer refunds. All sales are final, with exchanges permitted only under the conditions outlined below.

Exchange for Damaged or Incorrect Item
At Blue, we're committed to delivering exceptional quality and style. If you receive an incorrect or damaged article, we're here to make it right.

Exchange for Sizing Issues
If you require a different size for the same article, the exchange process is dependent on availability and costs borne by the customer.

General Conditions for All Exchanges
Condition of Item: All returned items must be in perfect, resalable condition — unused, unwashed, free of odors, stains, and pet hair, with all original tags attached. Items returned in any other condition will be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Change of Mind: Strictly no exchanges are accepted for change of mind.
Exchange Window: All exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
